Start your career as a legal professional by studying an LLB degree with qualifying status. Interested in politics or business? Have your mind set on a future in journalism? With the transferable skills an LLB qualification gives you, no goal is too ambitious.
Immersing you into the world of legal systems, this course focuses on the fundamentals of English Law and the different components of the legal system. Throughout each module, you’ll develop a thorough knowledge of everything there is to know about law – building the skills needed to pursue your dream career.
With this professionally focused degree, which is equivalent to a BA or BSc course, you’ll learn practical skills that are focused on your future employability. Studying our LLB also means you’ll start gathering the knowledge required for the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE 1), as well as taking an important step towards a Bar Practice Course if you wish to qualify as a barrister in the future.
A successful lawyer is able to apply legal knowledge to a complex situation and provide a well-reasoned solution. During each module of this LLB (Hons) course, you’ll explore the core principles of Law – going above and beyond the basics. Once you have this core theory under your belt, you’ll be able to tailor your studies by choosing one of our four optional modules.
Arden is for winners. Nobody will beg you to sit down and start working on your career, if you don’t do it yourself! Once you have an honest interest for what you learn, if you reach out for more, you will be welcome to be helped and advised. But to do that, you must be determined.
