Then our online learning courses offer you the chance to do just that. Plus, you’ll have the flexibility to create your own study schedule that fits around your personal and professional life.  

If you’d prefer to attend lectures and tutorials at one of our study centres in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Berlin, then our blended learning courses build in two days a week of face-to-face tuition with your course tutor and classmates, complemented by around 25 hours of online study.  

Whichever route you choose, you can continue to work alongside your studies, either full or part-time, to ensure that you don’t press pause while achieving your qualifications. With Arden you don't need to give up work or any other commitments to gain an internationally recognised, and professionally accredited qualification that can take you places.

After you’ve earned your degree in health and social care management, you will have a well-rounded skillset and solid grasp on the industry to follow a number of exciting career paths. The CMI leadership and management qualification will also enhance your CV to pursue roles in a variety of management positions. After earning your Bachelor’s, you could pursue work in service management, quality management, innovation and development, health promotion, social care and other local authority, private and public service roles. Graduates may choose to continue their education and study a Master’s degree.
