Course Overview

Arden University’s MBA International online course has been designed for the next generation of managers and business leaders with a global outlook. If you’ve been looking for a new kind of Master of Business Administration course that will equip you with the latest skills in innovating business processes and engaging audiences from a global and digitally connected perspective, then this CMI-accredited MBA course has been created with you in mind.

We’ve worked hard to make this an experience led MBA that provides a distinctive and integrative learning experience. The course will expose you to current thinking and practices across a wide range of management disciplines, delivered in the context of competing in an increasingly globalised and digitised business environment. You’ll have the opportunity to take your leadership skills and strategic vision forward, by building upon your existing managerial competencies and reinforcing your hard-won experience with our interdisciplinary approach to knowledge and skills acquisition.

The MBA International will also show you that attaining success globally doesn’t mean you need to be physically located overseas, or even proactively promoting products or services internationally. On the course you’ll learn how to overcome common barriers to success, including managing outsourced suppliers effectively, meeting the diverse expectations of stakeholders from various global regions, and using digital information flow to identify new business opportunities. No matter what function you’re in, or where your business is based, the MBA International will help you understand the importance of areas such as the changing global socioeconomic environment, physical flow over the global supply chain, and the new era of Big Data, and how you can harness these global developments to create business growth.

Simon Henry

I’ve found the Arden MBA has given me a much more comprehensive foundation of knowledge around the topics I don’t often encounter in my work role, including financial decision-making, ethics and strategy. This knowledge will enable me to progress to more strategic roles in the future.
