If you have previously completed an HND in Business (or equivalent) then you could achieve a full Undergraduate Honours Degree in Business (Human Resource Management) with just 9 months of further study with Arden University through online Distance Learning.

During this Top-up Degree course you will gain an understanding of the key aspects of current practice in the field of Human Resource Management alongside current and emerging developments in related disciplines. To be eligible for this Business (HRM) (Top-up) course with Arden University you should have the following:

  • An HND in Business or equivalent, provided that your prior learning is consistent with Level 5 of the functional areas of business (Finance, Marketing, HRM and Operations Management)

For students whose prior learning was not taught in English, you must have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (no less than 5.5 in any element).
